Job Description
Ebenezer offers holistic apprenticeships to 18-23 year-olds, combining in-depth discipleship with hands-on vocational training in agribusiness. We are looking for a leader to oversee training, discipleship and campus life, to ensure apprentices grow in faith, family & fruitfulness - becoming Christ-centred contributors in their communities.

Duties and Responsibilities
The role:
• Training & Trainer Leadership - oversee Bible, Agriculture, Business, Communication & Numeracy training; coach & develop trainer team; ensure quality & consistency of all delivery.
• Discipleship & Spiritual Formation - oversee Bible lessons, discipleship structures and discipleship programs.
• Campus Life & Apprentice Development - lead residential life and family structures; support apprentice wellbeing & coaching; build a healthy, joyful community culture.


Qualifications and Experience
Requirements:
• Mature Christian faith
• 5+ years experience in discipleship, training or related field
• Experience leading & developing teams
• Strong facilitation & communication skills
• Experience coaching & mentoring young adults
• Willingness to live in rural, residential community
